65 year old protester dead in Athens downtown due to police violence

A 65 year old unemployed protester who was participating in today’s demonstration was stroke by heart attack in Fillelinon Street, only a few meters away from the Parliament building due to the excessive use of dangerous tear gas by the Greek Police.

He was transferred to Evangelismos hospital but the doctors could not recover him. Minutes ago his death was announced.
